    Lerato Sekhoanyane is a dynamic and results-driven sales and business development professional with over 18 years of experience spanning media, technology, and consumer brands. With a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performance teams, Lerato brings deep expertise in revenue generation, strategic account management, client retention, and integrated media solutions.

    Most recently serving as Senior Manager: 3rd Party Channel Partnerships Manager at DStv

    In Media Sales, he consistently exceeded annual revenue targets and led complex sales initiatives across ATL, sponsorship, and digital platforms. His leadership contributed to multi-year growth, strategic partnerships, and innovation in client engagement across more than 70 commercial pay-TV channels.

    Lerato has held key roles at renowned companies including Dimension Data, Media24, Touchline Media, and Estée Lauder, where he drove multi-channel sales strategies, managed high-profile accounts, and delivered end-to-end campaign solutions. His early background in Information Technology complements his strong analytical mindset and adaptability in evolving media and tech environments.

    An exceptional communicator and negotiator, Lerato is known for building and maintaining Csuite relationships, mentoring diverse teams, and translating business objectives into impactful media strategies. His passion for innovation and excellence continues to position him as a trusted leader in the media and advertising industry.

  • Glynnis Jeffries

    Glynnis Jeffries is a biblical life coach and lay counselor. She is married to Craig Jeffries and is a proud parent of three children, with two being adults and one currently completing matric.

    With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Glynnis has held various roles in business development and executive management. Her areas of expertise include training and development, operational management, strategy, people development, and organizational efficiency.

    Glynnis holds a BCOM Honours degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT), complete the the one year Ministry Course at Johannesburg Bible College and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at the South African Theological Seminary (SATS). Additionally, she has completed five courses from the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF) and the Equipped to Counsel program, accredited through the Biblical Institute of South Africa. She has also completed Coaching Foundations and Advantage Courses through Creative Results Management, which are ICF Accredited.  She currently serves on the boards of Biblical Counselling Africa and the Life First Crisis Pregnancy Centre.

    Nat is the Principal of the Johannesburg Bible College and has extensive experience in training in Africa, especially in the South African urban and township spaces. He has lived in Africa for the significant portion of his life, and has spent the last 20 years living in Johannesburg. He is passionate for the future of South Africa.
